19th & 20th Century Decorative Arts

Bidgoods specialises in Studio Pottery and also stocks a varied selection of ceramics, glass and furniture from the 19th and 20th Centuries, including Arts and Crafts and Post War  periods.

The Studio Pottery selection includes pieces by various members of the Leach family, William Marshall, Michael Cardew  Ray Finch, David Frith, Phil Rogers, Richard Batterham and many more. Among the Potteries represented are St Ives, Winchcombe, Abuja, Aylesford and Rye.

There is also a selection of British Art Pottery including Martin Brothers, C H Brannam, Burmantofts, Pilkingtons Ruskin and Poole as well as a selection of pieces designed by Dr. Christopher Dresser. Among the selection of Scandinavian ceramics are pieces by Royal Copenhagen, Arabia and Gustavsberg.

We also have a selection of glass including Whitefriars, Holmegaard, Orrefors, Mdina, Lalique, Murano, etc.

Our miscellaneous section includes items of metal ware by various designers, lighting, artwork, including paintings, lithographs and etchings, books etc. We also have items of Tribal Art.
